1. What age do you accept children from?
We welcome children from 3 months- 5 years , supporting their development across all early years stages.
2. What are your opening hours?
We are open 7am-6pm
3. Do you offer part-time or flexible sessions?
Yes! We offer full-day and half-day all year round subject to availability. We aim to support families with flexible childcare needs.
4. What is included in the fees?
Our fees include all snacks, drinks, meal and learning materials.
5. Are you registered with Ofsted?
Yes, we are fully registered with Ofsted and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support high-quality care and learning.
6. What is your staff-to-child ratio?
We follow the statutory EYFS ratios: • 1:3 for under 2s • 1:4 for 2-3 years • 1:8 for 3-5 years All staff are qualified, experienced, and passionate about early years care.
7. What will my child do during the day?
Your child will enjoy a balance of structured activities and free play, covering all EYFS areas—indoors and outdoors. We focus on supporting development through play, creativity, and curiosity.
8. How do you support my child’s learning and development?
We observe each child closely and plan learning experiences tailored to their interests and stage. We share progress regularly through learning journals, parent meetings, and daily feedback.
9. How do you settle new children?
We offer a gentle settling-in period, with short visits and parent involvement to help your child feel safe and confident. Every child is different, and we adapt our approach to meet individual needs.
10. Do you accept government funding?
Yes, we offer 15 and 30 hours funded childcare for eligible 2, 3, and 4-year-olds. Please ask us for guidance on how to apply and how funding works with our sessions.
11. How do you communicate with parents?
We value strong partnerships with families. Communication happens via: • Daily handovers • Parent app or learning journal • Newsletters, events, and regular updates
